What happens once I purchase my pass or individual film ticket?

Once you purchase your pass, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to use your pass and most importantly how to pre-order/unlock specific films. Mark your calendar for Oct 23-26 and get ready to watch! (Find more info on how to set up your TV, laptop or mobile device for viewing here)

If you purchased access to a film program on the same day it becomes available, the player will automatically unlock and allow you to "watch" the content immediately. If you pre-ordered a program, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct link to the film when it becomes available to "watch." If you misplace this email, do not worry – if you are logged into your Eventive account, the content will unlock for you when it is available (Oct 23-26). 

Please note: Your Eventive login will be the same email and password used to purchase your pass.
